Crosshill Clog Dancing

21/03/2016

For one night only – come and try something new and have fun with all your friends and family.

Why not come and join us and have a go at  traditional Lancashire Clog Dancing with all your friends and family at Crosshill School on Friday 22nd April 2016, 6.15pm to 8.00pm.  Everybody is welcome to attend so please pass on the word.

Friends of Crosshill have invited  Alex Fisher, a community dance artist specializing in traditional clog and step dance to come and share her talents with us. Alex is a trained dancer and teacher, who will give a demonstration on clog dancing followed by the opportunity to put on our dancing shoes and make some noise.

All ages and abilities will be catered for. If you do not want to dance you can come and enjoy watching the fun or play a tambourine or drum.

Clogs will be provided on the evening.

The cost of the evening is £2.50 per person (including a light supper).

There will be refreshments and raffle on the evening also.

I do hope you can come and join us on this new exciting fun evening.

Please book before 11 April 2016 to secure your place.

Kind Regards

Heather
