Extra-Curricular Activities

Our enrichment programmes engage students in out of hours learning. We offer a wide range of activities beyond the academic curriculum.

The wealth of extra-curricular activities on offer gives every student the opportunity to discover and exploit the interests and talents that give life balance and promote both happiness and motivation. Students can socialise, reinforce skills learned in class and earn rewards.

Exciting Music News....
We are excited to share that our fabulous singing teacher, Ella Shaw is now in school every Wednesday from 12:15 to 3:15 offering individual singing lessons.

We also have the wonderful Matt Berry in school on Thursdays from 8:30 to 12:30 offering individual piano, guitar, and drumming lessons. We advise all pupils to check their music timetable well in advance, so they arrive promptly for their lesson.

We also have Choir practice on Mondays after school, where everyone is welcome.

Starting Friday 24 September lunchtime, we have an exciting Samba drumming club for KS3, and starting in October, we will have Ukulele Club on a Monday lunchtime for year 7&8.

Any pupils wishing to take up private music lessons on an instrument or singing, please see Mr Bridges.
