We are planning to open to all students in September, and will be using a phased return during the first week of term.
Please bear in mind a lot of our planning relies on the proposed relaxing of current social distancing regulations, and the risk from the COVID-19 pandemic lowering over the summer period. Please keep an eye on this website and our social media for updates, as the health and safety of our students and staff is a priority and we will follow the National and Public Health guidance.
September Opening
- Wednesday 2nd September - Year 7 students only in school this day.
- Thursday 3rd September - Year 11 students return, so that only Year 7 and 11 students in school.
- Friday 4th September - Year 10 students return, and join Year 7 and 11 students in school.
- Monday 7th September - Year 8 and 9 students return. All students, from all year groups will be in school.
All students should wear full school uniform, and should bring a coat as students will be outside at lunch time.
On days the students has PE, they should come to school in their PE kit to avoid changing in school.
All students will be kept within year group bubbles, including during break and lunch.
We are unable to offer food at break time, so students are allowed to bring a snack.
All students are expected to follow our behaviour policy, including observation of social distancing rules. These will be shared with students on their return to school.
In the current circumstances there will be severe consequences for any student not following the behaviour and social distancing rules.
