Blackburn College Enrolment Process
26/06/2020

We've been sent an update from Blackburn College on their enrolment process for Year 11 students this summer, and the changes they have implemented due to COVID-19.

Firstly, all applicants will receive communications in the next week to explaining the enrolment process and their first steps of starting college life. Each applicant will be given a 'key contact' who will be in touch with them to discuss course information, how to enrol and activities they can do in preparation for starting their course.

The majority of applicants will enrol online, this will involve uploading your GCSE results and photo for your college ID card. You will be emailed specific details regarding online enrolment soon. For those that need to enrol in person there will be a process by which you can attend and complete your enrolment at Blackburn College campus.

Blackburn College are launching a 'Welcome Hub' for all their applicants on their website soon. This page will allow applicants to explore the College and get additional information. The Welcome Hub will include information on term dates, activities to prepare for their college course and wider Blackburn College information. Blackburn College will let you know when this goes live.

Their New Student Day event will go ahead virtually from Monday 29th June, however this will remain on the Blackburn College website throughout the summer so applicants can browse this event at their leisure.
