Mums and Daughters Club

Our popular Mums and Daughters Club met this Saturday, with several students bringing their mums and aunties.

During this session they made banana bread from scratch, had their nails painted and applied gold and silver temporary tattoos.

“I don’t often get a chance to spend time with my youngest as I’m at work in the week, so it’s nice to have a little bit of ‘us’ time” said one mum.

Another said “I really enjoyed having a brew and a chat with other mums whilst cooking with my child.”

The Mums and Daughters Club is held at Blackburn Central High School, one Saturday a month from 10:00am to 11:30am, with each session focusing on a different activity.

Our next session with be on Saturday 12th May 2018, 10:00am to 11:30am, and involve beauty and relaxation. Mums, aunties, big sisters and cousins are all welcome.

It is open for Year 7 and 8 students and their female relatives. If you would like any more information, please contact Miss Ingham, Mrs Deaville or Ms Rathore.
