The Blackburn Central High School choir are taking part in a concert to raise money for Child Action North West called Emojinal Health.
On Wednesday 29th November, CANW will launch Emojinal Health, a fundraising campaign for a new service that aims to transform the lives of thousands of young people in Lancashire.
To celebrate and to kick start fundraising for the service – they’re staging a concert at Preston Guild Hall featuring 500 children from school choirs across the county, including the students of the Blackburn Central High School choir.
It’ll be a night of singing, smiles and celebration, all with the aim of raising awareness of the desperate need to improve the mental health of young people in our county, plus special performances from international opera singer and host Sean Ruane and Hayley Eccles, star of ITV’s The Voice. There’ll also be festive fun with our pop up Christmas market stalls, raffle prizes and the chance to learn more about the support young people will receive as part of our new Emotional Health service.
So why not join us from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Preston Guild Hall on Wednesday 29th November 2017.
Tickets are available from the Box office at the Guild Hall or on their website. Our choir would appreciate your support at this event.
